Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website at www.mncvcdiitenzaii.co.za or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
Project Ownership
All creative assets produced — including logos, designs, and websites — become the property of the client upon full and final payment. Until payment is settled in full, all work and associated intellectual property remains the property of Mncvcdii Tenza II.
Timelines & Delivery
Project delivery timelines depend on scope, complexity, and client response time. Agreed timelines are contingent on prompt feedback and approval from the client.
Delay Policy
Delays resulting from late client feedback, unapproved change requests, or outstanding payment may result in extended delivery dates. Mncvcdii Tenza II will not be held liable for such delays.
Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences. Final files are only released upon receipt of full and cleared payment.
- Accepted payment methods: EFT and approved digital payment platforms.
- Invoices are valid for 7 business days from date of issue.
- Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled.
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Revisions & Changes
The number of revisions included depends on the selected package. Revisions beyond the agreed limit are billed at our standard hourly rate and must be requested in writing.
Note: A revision is defined as a minor change to an existing concept. A change in creative direction or brief after work has commenced may be treated as a new project.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after work has commenced forfeit the deposit. If work beyond the deposit value has been completed, the client may be invoiced for work done to date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Website Use
By accessing this website you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Mncvcdii Tenza II. Use of this site for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of KwaZulu-Natal.
